Class descriptions


Standing and mat based exercises targeting specifically the stomach, back and posture muscles but also working other body areas such as thighs, bottoms and arms. A different combination of exercises each week, work at your own level but
progressions encouraged.

Within my timetable the majority of classes are mixed ability. However, some classes are more suitable for beginners. Please contact me for more information.

Short, interval based whole-body workouts. Work as hard as you can but at your own level for only 20 minutes! Proven research shows that this type of exercise class improves fitness levels and provides great fatburning opportunities! It's fast and fun!


A combination of cardio/ fat burning, body toning and stretching exercises using your own bodyweight or basic equipment. No complicated routines, no dance. Work at your own pace and enjoy a fun and effective workout.
